2. What this is about
pixify.ch is the overview of our companies. The pages are static HTML; there is no form, no customer account, no sign-up and no database here. This website sets no cookies, loads no advertising pixels, does not count visits and loads nothing from third-party servers. Personal data only arises in the server’s technical logs (section 3).
3. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., Cyprus; the servers are located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany (EU). When a page is requested, the server logs technical access data – the page requested, the time, the browser type and the IP address – to keep the service running and to detect attacks. We do not use this data to identify you.
4. What your browser remembers
If you close the hint about another language with “No, thanks”, your browser remembers that in local storage (entry “pixifySprTipp”; it stays until you clear the site data in your browser). This information does not leave your device. Apart from that, this website stores nothing in your browser.
Fonts. The Outfit font (open licence) is stored on our own server and loaded from there; this website does not load fonts from third-party servers.
5. Links to other websites
The companies have their own websites: web.pixify.ch, pixify-ai.ch, print.pixify.ch, pixifyprint.ch and buchify.ch; appointments are booked at termin.pixify.ch. If you follow such a link, the privacy policy of that website applies.
6. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell any data. The only party involved is Hostinger International Ltd., Cyprus as the hosting provider (section 3).
7. Your rights
You can request information about the data we process about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. An informal message to info@pixify.ch is enough. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
8. Changes
We update this policy when something on the website changes. The version published here applies.
